Hello Junelocs family! 🌟 Welcome to my booking page! First and foremost, I want to say THANK YOU for taking the time to visit and learn more about Junelocs LLC. My name is Katy D. Jean, and I am the proud CEO and founder of this amazing company. A little bit about me: I’m a first-generation entrepreneur originally from Haiti. I moved to America 🇺🇸 14 years ago with big dreams and an even bigger vision. When I first arrived, I was told that America was the land of opportunity, but little did I know, I would have to work hard to create those opportunities for myself. My love for hair started back home in Haiti, where I used to do my childhood best friend (now husband’s) grandmother’s hair. Little did I know, this small act of care would ignite a passion that would shape the course of my life. In 2016, I had the privilege of meeting the people who would help shape who I am today in the hair industry. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to learning and growing in my craft. I am now a Master Loctician in training through the renowned KrisMcDred Academy, and hair has become a significant part of my life’s journey. As I continue to better myself in every way possible, my goal is to provide exceptional service to all my beautiful clients — past, present, and future. Cancellation Policy
JUNELOCS CLIENT POLICIES At Junelocs, we are committed to providing an elevated, professional, and intentional experience. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. BOOKING RETAINERS All appointments require a booking retainer to secure your reservation. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required retainer has been received. The booking retainer is applied toward your service balance and is non-refundable when our cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, or no-show policies are not followed. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. 24+ hours' notice: Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty. Less than 24 hours' notice: Your booking retainer is forfeited, and 50% of the scheduled service fee will be required before booking a new appointment. Same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service fee is due. Repeated cancellations may require 50% payment at the time of booking for future appointments. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute changes can prevent us from offering that time to another client. LATE ARRIVALS We provide a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals after the 15-minute grace period may be accommodated at the stylist's discretion and will incur a $40 late fee. If the remaining appointment time is not sufficient to complete the service, the appointment may be cancelled. If cancelled due to lateness, the booking retainer is forfeited, and 50% of the scheduled service fee will be required before another appointment can be booked. Please contact your stylist as soon as possible if you are running late. Accommodating a late arrival is not guaranteed. NO-SHOWS A missed appointment without communication is considered a no-show. No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment or loss of booking privileges. BEFORE & AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are available by request only and are subject to stylist availability. 7:00–8:59 AM: +$100 6:00–6:59 AM: +$125 5:00–5:59 AM: +$150 After regular business hours: +$100 These fees are separate from service pricing and are not included with VIP membership benefits. LAST-MINUTE & SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS Same-day or last-minute appointments may be accommodated when availability permits. A $100 Squeeze-In Fee applies in addition to the regular service price. Approval is required, and availability is not guaranteed. SERVICE PREPARATION & ADDITIONAL FEES Services are booked based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for services requiring significant additional time, product, or labor, including: Excessive new growth or buildup Extensive matting or combining Extra-long or hip-length locs Larger loc counts Additional detangling, repairs, or reconstruction Additional styling or finishing time Any additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional work is performed. SERVICE SATISFACTION If you have a concern regarding your service, please notify us during your appointment or within 24 hours. If an adjustment is needed due to an issue on our end, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. HEALTH & SAFETY Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, scalp concerns, relevant health conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations that may affect your service. Junelocs reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary to protect the health and safety of the client or stylist. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT Junelocs is committed to maintaining a clean, respectful, and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in the event of inappropriate, aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, suspected intoxication, or any circumstance that prevents a service from being performed safely and professionally. COMMUNICATION Messages received outside of business hours may be answered during the next available business period. Immediate responses are not guaranteed. For the most efficient experience, please use our online booking system whenever possible.
